Sales trend reports are unofficial daily or weekly reports that provide detailed statistics on streaming, day by day or week by week. Importantly, these reports have no direct link to actual sales or revenue.
Most music distribution services collect and process actual sales reports only once a month, or sometimes once a quarter, and use this data to calculate actual royalty payments. As a result, it may be 3 to 6 months after the conclusion of each month before you receive the final accounting and related payments. It is only at that time that you will see the updated balance in your account.
It is important to note that your money will be available for withdrawal as soon as all royalties have been processed and the calculations have been finalized.
